2. Pays 75% cost of medication (up to $200/month), you pay 25%.
3. Discount hearing aids.
4. Discount Dentures when funds are available.

1. Primary health care ($20 first visit & $10 follow-up visits.)
2. Pays 75% cost of medication (up to $150/quarter), you pay 25%.
3. Discount eye exams & prescription glasses
4. Discount emergency dental exam (x-ray & extractions only)
